Terms of Service

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, and able to form a binding contract, to use the Service. By using it, you represent that you meet these requirements.

2. The service

Novra is a tool that lets you store your professional licenses, certifications, and related documents in a secure vault, track their expiration dates, and share them through read-only links you control.

Novra is not an issuing authority, verification service, or background-check provider. We do not issue, validate, endorse, or guarantee the authenticity, accuracy, or acceptance of any credential you store or share. You are solely responsible for the accuracy and validity of the information you upload, and any recipient is responsible for independently verifying it.

3. Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use. We are not liable for losses arising from your failure to safeguard your account.

4. Your content

You retain all rights to the documents and information you upload (“Your Content”). You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to host, store, process, and display Your Content solely as needed to operate the Service and to make it available to the people you share links with.

You represent that you own or have the necessary rights to upload and share Your Content and that doing so does not violate any law or the rights of any third party.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Upload or share credentials or documents you are not authorized to use.
• Use the Service for any unlawful, fraudulent, or misleading purpose, including misrepresenting your credentials.
• Attempt to access other users’ data, or probe, scan, or breach the security of the Service.
• Reverse engineer, copy, or resell any part of the Service except as permitted by law.
• Upload malware or interfere with the operation of the Service.

6. Sharing and links

When you create a read-only link, you are responsible for who you share it with and for setting appropriate expiration. Anyone with an active link can view the credentials you included until the link expires or you revoke it. We are not responsible for how recipients use information you choose to share.

7. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, and the Novra name and logo, is owned by Novra Vault LLC and its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. These Terms grant you no right to use our trademarks without prior written permission.

8. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that any credential stored or shared through it will be accepted or recognized by any third party.

9. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NOVRA AND ITS AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, OR PROFITS, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE PRIOR TWELVE MONTHS OR USD $100.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Novra and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of Your Content, your use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms or any law or third-party right.

11. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or to protect the Service. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nebraska, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts located there, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
